JOIN THE 2025 SOCIETY
Your donations of at least £20.25 per month (or £243 per year) will provide the regular revenue required to secure the education of pupils today and protect the future of Southend High School for Boys for generations to come.
You may, of course, choose to make a higher monthly contribution and/or make a larger one-time donation. Further options are available below and any support you can give will be gratefully received.

Supporting the SHSB Charitable Trust
It is only through as many people as possible in our community, whether that is a past or present student, parent or business, becoming involved and working together that our goals will be met. We hope that as many members of the Southend High School for Boys community as possible will contribute to the Trust at a level or in the most appropriate way for them. Giving doesn't just have to be money but can also be of time or items that might from time to time be needed by the Charitable Trust or School, or by attendance at one of our fundraising events.
Major benefactors may have the opportunity to associate their names – or the names of their families or companies – with various projects or developments of which their donation forms a significant part.
Support is being sought at all levels, and every donation – regardless of amount – will be commemorated in a special donors’ book at the School.

I live abroad. How can I donate to SHSB Charitable Trust?
Please get in contact, and our Development Director will be able to help you. Gifts from US donors can be made tax-efficiently through an IRS approved 501 (c) (3) organisation.
How do I adjust my recurring donation?
Thank you for your support. Please get in contact, and we will be able to help you manage your donations.
How do I change my Gift Aid declaration?
If you need to cancel your Gift Aid declaration, if you no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains to be able to Gift Aid your donations, or if you update your name or home address, please contact us so we can update our records.
